I make good things with good people. Most of my career has been spent in integrated leadership roles where I build partnerships, align priorities, and remove friction across design, engineering, marketing, and executive teams.

I'm fulfilled by leaving companies in a better place than where we started. I believe the people we hire, manage, and coach are the most important legacy we leave. I've been shaped over time by amazing mentors who believed the same, and believed in me.

I moved to NYC to help build Squarespace, as the first designer and second employee. My eight year tenure was inspiring professionally and personally, igniting a deep love for the design community, and preparing me to lead with future collaborators.
