Hi, I’m Krystyn Heide.
I make good things with good people. Most of my career has been spent in integrated leadership roles where I build partnerships, align priorities, and remove friction across design, engineering, marketing, and executive teams.
My experience spans Google, Skillshare, The Wall Street Journal, Linux Foundation, Teamshares, and Verizon Smartcities. Parallel to my industry work, I taught MPS and BFA students at Parsons School of Design. I completed my master’s degree in 2024, focusing on emerging technologies and inclusive design.
I'm fulfilled by leaving companies in a better place than where we started. I believe the people we hire, manage, and coach are the most important legacy we leave. I've been shaped over time by amazing mentors who believed the same, and believed in me.
My foundation as a leader was built in NYC, where I joined Squarespace as its first designer and second employee. My eight year tenure was inspiring professionally and personally, igniting a deep love for the design community, and refining my approach to working across multidisciplinary teams.
